Introduction and information for preparation:
C.T.Mus.A – introduction to a beginner teacher or experienced teachers aimed at preparing for the first lessons through to Grade 1.
A.T.Mus.A – introduction to beginner or experienced teachers aimed at preparing for the first lessons through to Grade 4 (a good foundation to develop confidence and the framework for more advanced students).

- Philosophy and psychology related to teaching students as individuals
- Tutor analysis – variety
- Researching stylistic features in preparing a wide range of music
- Practical teaching and motivation
- Repertoire analysis and preparation
- Technique, Aural, Sight reading – developmental programs
- Study options for completing the diploma (including self-study, mentor-guided study)
