Jennifer Newcomb has a busy studio at Oxenford, Queensland where she teaches Piano, Composition, Pedagogy, Teacher mentoring, written music subjects and is an experienced examiner with AMEB Queensland.
She is currently Coordinator of QMTA Inc. Gold Coast Teachers’ Group, Coordinator of the Annual Gold Coast Composers Competition and has been Secretary of ASKM Gold Coast and past convenor of Choral sections in the Gold Coast Eisteddfod.
Jennifer’s students range from beginners to advanced performers exploring various styles of music and she tutors Pianists and string players in her Chamber Music Program. She is an accompanist to vocal and instrumentalists as well as founder and director of “Opus Singers” vocal ensemble since 1986.
